Our client a leading Multinational Construction and Engineering company dealing in MEP/Oil & gas/Infrastructure development projects based in GCC requires HR Manager for Qatar. 
HR MANAGER-QATAR MBA-HR ,with 10-15 years of hardcore HR experience in Construction company, required for our client in Qatar. 
Will be responsible for Planning , developing , coordinating and supervising HR functions, policies and programs as related to all assigned employee groups as authorized by corporate dictate.
