HR Executive – Islamabad

Four Season Hotel is looking for HR Executive for its Islamabad Office, who will be responsible for managing all HR Activities
Qualification: BBA/MBA (HR Specialization) /M-HRM
Experience: 3 – 4 years of core experience in HR 

Job Description:

• Overall supervision of management and implementation of HR policies
• Supervision and involvement in the recruitment and selection process
• Performs a wide variety of record keeping of employees, including computing overtime payments
• Calculating and recording payroll deductions.
• Reviewing, updating and maintaining proper filing 
• Dealing with performance appraisal half yearly and annually
• Handling all employee enquiries & grievances
• General management and HR related tasks, within the organization and as well as with external organizations

Required Skills

• Well groomed with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take up roles and responsibilities on pro-active basis.
• Proficiency in MS office.
• Good team player
• Can work under pressure 
• Should have flexible personality
