MBTI® Leader Development Workshop
ACE Consultants is pleased to announce workshop on “MBTI ® Leader Development” For the first time ever in Pakistan, MBTI® Signature workshops are being offered. Each participant will be provided with and will have an opportunity to read their individual MBTI profile reports along with the “Introduction to Leadership in Type” Booklets and share insights and strengths that have been verified and share how they use this characteristic /preference while leading the team and at work. This works as the TNA and SWOT for each participant. Participants will take an online MBTI® assessment before the training session and will be presented with their Best Fit Type and the official MBTI profile report during the training.
