Responsibilities: *Overall strategic and operational HR Function including initiatives pertaining to organizational development and nurturing human capital, besides all core HR areas. Education: MBA (HR)/ Industrial Psychology Experience: Minimum of 10 years related experience. You will be an individual with a high level of integrity, honesty, strong leadership, communication skills, and assertiveness. Team building, problem solving, relationship building, counseling skills, systematic approach and experience in implementing HRIS are pre-requisites for this role.
