Job description:
1. Planning, developing and implementing activities related to employee career dev.
2. Developing and implementing succession plans.
3. Implementing yearly performance appraisal and salary review process.
4. Updating and reviewing HR Policies and procedure .
5. Maintaining and updating employees data base.
6.Maintaining employees time sheets.
Qualification : MBA or equivalent qualification.
Experience : 5-7 years exp in similar role in reputed company.
