The candidate should be MBA in Sales or Marketing having 10-15 years experience out of which 4-5 years in a similar role as HOD. 
Preferred sectors of exposure of the candidate are Chemical, Fertilizers, Pharmaceuticals, Paints, Building Materials, Cement.
