A renowned multinational FMCG (foods) Company based at Hub, Pakistan requires Instrumentation Technician; The plant has PLC controlled production lines and motor control devices.
Round the clock production requires that once a defect arises, it has to be dealt with quickly.
Moreover, maintenance has to be planned so as to cause least effects on production.
Candidate must be responsible for:
§ Clear concept of operating principles of different types of electronic components
§ Troubleshooting skills to detect problems in different electronic system
§ Ability to interpret schematic drawings (to component level) control loops, hardware relay logic diagrams, PLC control programs, motor control circuit diagrams, etc.
§ Ability to associate circuit symbols with actual components to include solid state electronics (transistors, integrated chips, resistors, capacitors, etc.) and common industrial electrical hardware (relays, contractors, starters, etc.).
§ Familiar with programming and transferring software to and from electronic devices and PC.
§ Sufficient grasp of English language to read and comprehend manuals.
§ Good oral and written communication.
§ Familiar with internet usage to search for components and software on the internet.
Skills:

Eligibility: DAE (Electronics) with at least Minimum three years’ experience of planned maintenance and repairs of electronic systems preferably in a FMCG food industry.
