Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Master’s degree, 8-10 years of experience in M&E policy and system development, M&E plan/performance Management; Plan development and implementation, data storage and analysis, quantitative and qualitative assessments, and project evaluations. Preference will be given to candidates with an intimate knowledge of the communities, USAID M&E requirements, managerial skills and a technical background in community mobilization, education, health.
