Principal Duties:

Head Hunting relevant profiles

Recruitment & Selection

Identifying, Attracting & placing the right candidate for the right job

Resume review and short listing candidates

Scheduling & Conducting Interviews

Observation & Assessment of candidates

Providing Consultation & Solutions

Recruitment & Head hunting Services

Use Social Media to build Candidate Pipeline

Mentoring/Counseling Candidates on Interview Pattern.

Knowledge & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (Fresh candidate may also apply who have flair for Recruitment/HR)

Must have great communication skills in English

Must be very presentable, confident and must be able to take ownership of responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

BBA/MBA from a reputable institution
