Customer Relationship Manager – Karachi

Customer Relationship Manager for a trading Industry.
Location: Karachi
Qualification: MBA (Marketing) from a reputable university
Experience: Minimum 3 years in any export oriented firm
Responsibilities & Authorities:
Manage customer arrivals to maximize relationship building opportunities.
Improving the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service to global clients.
Finding out what information, products or services the customer requires to meet his/her needs, providing clear, accurate and relevant information.
Maintaining a strong knowledge of products of the company.
Analyzing customer trends to enhance sales and service management process and pre-requirements.
Sales activity planning, including reviewing existing customer files to identify sales opportunities.
Providing After-Sales Service (delivery, export documentation and quality issues) to the clients.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong Communication, Interpersonal and Listening Skills
Presentation skills
Prior experience in end to end sales process would be an advantage
