Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 

Experience: 1 – 2 years experience from similar work

Job Description:

• Responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable and resolving overdue payments. 

• Appropriate Ensuring all invoices and payments received are appropriately entered in accounts 

• Ensure all invoices are authorized as per the authorization matrix 

• Supporting the Company Payroll Process 

• Production of month end reconciliations 

• Responsibility for maintenance of accounting system and passing journals 

• Compliance with Accounting manual responsibilities and procedures. 

• Maintain and order supplies/equipment as needed for the office and employees. 

• Should have knowledge of Taxation and filing of tax returns

Skills Required

• Understanding of basic accounting principals

• Excellent written oral and verbal communication skills in English

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work with minimum supervision
