Principal Duties:
  • Head Hunting relevant profiles
  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Identifying, Attracting & placing the right candidate for the right job
  • Resume review and short listing candidates
  • Scheduling & Conducting Interviews
  • Observation & Assessment of candidates
  • Providing Consultation & Solutions
  • Recruitment & Head hunting Services
  • Use Social Media to build Candidate Pipeline
  • Mentoring/Counseling Candidates on Interview Pattern
  • Knowledge & Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (Fresh candidate may also apply who have flair for Recruitment/HR)
  • Must have great communication skills in English
  • Must be very presentable, confident and must be able to take ownership of responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BBA/MBA from a reputable institution
