HP Certified ISS Engingineers for HP servers and STorageworks, Must have handson practice on full range of HP Servers specially Generation 8 along with STorageworks, Working knowledge of all flavors of Server Operating systems Is a must along with knowledge of networking and Rack Formation. Minimum Qualification DAE with own Transport and a valid HP learner ID”. 

HP Certified PSG Technician for Desktop, Laptop, Thinclient and Workstations. Must be familiar with all types of operating systems, can install, diagnose and resolve the software and hardware issues, Networking knowledge is added benefit. Minimum education atleast a DAE with own Transport and a valid HP Leaner ID.
