Human Rights Directorate (HRD) Peshawar High Court, Peshawar has launched a project named establishing e-Citizen Grievance Redressal System with the objective to provide an effective grievance redressal mechanism for the citizen of KP, especially the most vulnerable ones. To address issues of the general public, services of Call Center agents are required, who will be required to answer the queries of the aggrieved citizens, in case they contact the Center via phones, e-mails & fax etc, for grievance redressal and shall be responsible to satisfy the calling persons, provide them proper guidance and maintain good image of the institution.
