• Minimum Qualification: Masters
• Experience Required: Retired Army Brigadier/Colonel or equivalent rank from Air Force/Navy.
• Job Responsibilities:
Ensure effective management of all schools & area offices within the Region
Monitor timely construction of new schools, provide updates/feedbacks of commitments/ground realities and timely reporting of work delays, with reasons
Expeditious & economical land acquisition to meet annual school construction plans in the region in accordance with approved strategic plan
Ensure School/ Area office records/accounts are properly maintained & reconciled and returns are submitted on time
Ensure that maintenance & repair of school premises are up to date.
Prepare Region’s budget and ensure costs remain within forecast
Manage Regional Education team to ensure the achievement of education and training goals in the Region
