One of our Clients is looking for Project Manager for the following role.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
·         B. E. (Mechanical) with minimum 8-10 years of experience in the relevant field.
·         AGE NOT MORE THAN 35 YEARS
·         Knowledge of civil, mechanical, plumbing and electrical works.
·         Knowledge of project management tools, including but not limited to MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.
·         Understanding of contracts, BOQs, drawings, etc.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Responsible for capital projects planning and execution at both the plants.
·         Detailed planning from concept till execution.
·         Coordination between all internal stakeholders during planning and handing-over stage.
·         Coordination with all external stakeholders during execution.
·         Strong follow-up with all stakeholders to meet agreed time lines.
·         Track expenses to control overall approved funds.
·         Master scheduling and tracking of project activities using tools, including but not limited to MS Project.
·         Utilize energy conservation concepts in projects as applicable.
·         Update management on the progress of CEP on agreed frequency.
·         Anticipate delays and highlight resources required to meet time lines.
·         Keep updated drawings and schedules in record.
·         Ensure that Engineering and EHS&E Standards are implemented in letter and spirit.
·         Ensure compliance of company’s code of business conduct.
·         Effectively utilize the available resources.
·         Any other responsibility assigned by Asst. Director Engineering
