Role: Manager Administration

Reports to: Director Administration

Department: Administration

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Key Requirements:

:: MBA or master degree in Management Sciences with 10+ years of extensive experience in core Administration (not mix experience with HR or Marketing etc).

:: Currently working at a managerial position for the past 4 years.

:: Good interpersonal skills, communications skills and ability to build relationship are a high priority requirement for the position.

:: Extensive experience in infrastructure support & facilities management. 

:: Should be familiar with renovation tasks and concept of space utilization.

:: Strong understanding of support function for all internal clients.

:: Willingness to work in late hours on required basis.

:: Should be able to make himself available even in the odd hours/off days in case of any emergent situation in the offices.

:: Good analytical, IT and writing skills
