Looking candidates for the post of “Manager Stores” for one of the largest Manufacturing Industry of Pakistan.

• Location Karachi Plant
• Education requirement : MBA Finance/BE with Finance background
• Experience: 6 to 10 years in large scale organization as Manager
• Salary range Rs. 70,000 – 100,000/-

Responsibilities:
· To control and manage the store procedures as per SOPs designed as per ISO standards from indenting to goods issuance.

· To manage the manpower accordingly by planning vacations and backups.

· To fulfill the plant departmental requirements related to inventory and to ensure the availability of critical inventory items at all times, in coordination with store staff and the plant management.

· To maintain & manage the minimum inventory level in coordination with the concerned departments.

· To update and organize store inventory and documents for monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual audits.

· To manage the record of gate passes, scrap and consumed items returned from the plant through inventory control.

· To manage the diesel receipts and issuance and to maintain the diesel issuance process through SOP’s and to control the supply & demand.

· To monitor and streamline the procedures for spot / cash purchases made at Site on daily basis.

· To communicate with finance/store accounts department on day to day issues related to stores.

· To monitor SRN posting and to make sure the entries are entered correctly to the system.

· To produce monthly receipts and consumption reports to the G.M Finance at H.O and to departmental heads at Site.
