Position Title: Director Marketing (Product Development)

Essential Requirements:
— Currently at Director level/one-step below OR Head of Department level
— Hold an MBA Degree from a reputable local or foreign school
— Have at least 10 years of work experience preferably in Marketing
or Product Development role
Job Description
— Manage end to end customer lifecycle/experience for the business customers.
— Responsible for business segments revenue targets.
— Oversee product development to ensure company’s market leadership
in the business segment.
— Review and validate marketing assumptions, revenue gap analysis and
suggest alternate marketing strategies to fill the gap.
— Analyze Business segment performance reports and devise marketing
strategies to ensure business KPI’s are met.
— Lead and implement the Strategic Business Plan as well as identify
and recommend best practice business solutions and business process.
— Liaise with other departments for successful rollouts of new
products/solutions as well as improvement in existing products &
services.
— Manage reward programs to ensure customer loyalty and reduce churn

— Should secure sound communication skills to interact at the senior
management level
— Should be an excellent team player with strong analytical skills
— Should possess the ability to think out of the box and come up with
innovative solutions to enhance product value
— Should understand business customer requirements and to convert it
to meaningful strategies
— Should have a broad understanding of markets and ability to analyze
market conditions and options
— Should secure an understanding of implementing products and
services in a telecommunications company
Desirable Skills:
— Should be highly proficient in MS Office Suite
— Should secure a broad knowledge and understanding of
telecommunication products and services
— Should have an understanding of Marketing Communications and Brand Management
— Should possess good Project management and strong follow up
