Essential Requirements:

— Currently at Multinational Telecom Company (Operator, Wi-Max, Vendor)
Job Description:
— Oversee all regional departments including operations, roll out, production, operations core network, RF optimization, fiber optics operations site energization and access issues for the region.
— Oversee the OPEX and CAPEX technical budgets for the region and ensure optimum planning and consumption.
— Oversee the regional KPIs and meet the targets.
— Build and manage a regional core team to get regular updates on all operations and projects
— Define and implement technical and project management strategies for ongoing and new projects including (but not limited to) the indoor/outdoor conversion project for the region
— Liaise with all technical and non-technical stakeholders within the region and at the Head Office to get regular updates and prioritize tasks accordingly
— Ensure quick diagnosis of technical issues in the region followed by efficient resolution plans
— Be in constant touch with the commercial teams in the region to immediately address to any emergencies and crises
An ideal candidate should
— Have a Bachelors degree in Telecommunications or Engineering
— Have at least 10 years of technical and management experience

— Strong leadership and people management skills
— Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
— Be able to work with numbers and analyze them for decision making
— Be operationally strong
— Able to drive the development of team members’ skills and abilities
