Agilitron (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an associate Web designer.The ideal candidate should have a well-rounded background in Web design and agood understanding of front-end scripting and programming. Experience increating animated, interactive web designs using Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator /Flash / HTML5 / CSS3, and familiarity with Web scripting languages such asJavaScript are required.
All candidates must submit a comprehensive portfolioshowcasing their Web design work. The submitted portfolio should contain linksto websites or mock-ups you created that showcase your design sense andcreativity.
 Responsibilities
·        Code new Web pages within existing frameworks / codebases while adhering to established style guides and code conventions.
·        Design / create / localize graphical onlinemedia assets such as Flash animations, static banners, email templates,posters, etc. to support online campaigns and marketing operations.
·        Participate in the deployment of website updatesor upgrades, in cooperation with quality assurance (QA), public relations (PR),community, and other development departments.
Requirements
·        A minimum of 1 year work experience in Webdesign
·        Demonstrated experience with JavaScript andrelated libraries
·        Experiences coding websites using latesttechnologies (HTML5, CSS3, jQuery)
·        Artistic sense and good graphic-design skills,including fluency in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
·        Good sense of website layout, usability, anddesign
·        Slice Photoshop designs and code them
·        Understanding of SEO techniques and knowledge
·        Strong knowledge of Flash development
·        Interested in the latest developments in theareas of Front-end development and Web design
·        Experience in optimizing multimedia content forthe Web
·        Passionate about good design
·        Motivated self-starter and avid learner
·        Strong written and verbal communications skillsin English
Pluses
·        Experience with ActionScript, Freemarker, andAdobe After Effects
·        Experience in meshing together different typesof media e.g. artworks, in-game screenshots, illustrations
·        Passion for gaming and in-depth knowledge of MMOs
