Implement the organizations human resource strategy, policies,
procedures, tools and methodologies in the areas of workforce
planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and
benefits, talent development, performance evaluation, organizational
development, safety and employee wellness, employee communications,
employment/industrial labour relations in collaboration with
functional managers so that the business unit attracts, manages,
develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and
future business objectives.
