We are looking for candidates for the position of Manager/Assistant Manager BSS Deployment at a Large Telecom Multinational Company.

Sector: Telecom
Company Type: Large Telecom Multinational Company
Number of Positions: 2
 Position Titles:
— Manager BSS Deployment (1 position)
— Assistant Manager BSS Deployment (1 position)
 Salary:
— For Manager: 130K to 260K

— For Assistant Manager: 60K to 120K
Location for both positions: Faisalabad

Essential Requirements:
— Recent experience in Telecom Multinational Cell Phone Company or Telecom Multinational Vendor company
— Recent experience in Roll-out or Deployment
— Currently at Manager level – or one-step below
— Educational background: Telecom/Electrical/Electronics/Computer/IT degree only 
(No Civil Engineering degree)


Job description

Plan, organize, lead & control all BSS Deployment roll out activities
in the region. Activities include new sites, MBTS, BSC, trans-coders,
expansions, re-configurations, TXN links etc.
Manage all human and administrative resources in order to meet the
project timelines and departmental objectives.
Prepare annual budget for the department by coordination with
different departments
Initiate PRs / P.Os of contractors for BSS activities and managing
department’s budget in an optimized way.
Coordinate with different departments including Production, BSS
Operations, OMC-R, RF Planning, RF Optimization, BSS Planning, TXN
planning, Logistics and TFM & GR for defining processes and
procedures.

The ideal candidate should

Hold a Bachelors degree in (Electrical / Electronics / Telecom) –
Masters will be preferred
Have minimum 5 – 7 years in Roll out or Deployment with at least 2 – 3
years in a managerial role
