·         Vanguard Software Group required candidate who needs to be expert in C#, and would be part of multi-cultural team with members in Russia, Bulgaria & USA.
·         Will be responsible for understanding requirements and develop specifications and code moderately complex software programming applications in addition to modifying and maintaining existing software.
·         Designs/codes applications following specifications using the appropriate tools.
·         Analysis, design and development of software products.
