Purpose of the Position is to create / maintain a competitive edge for company by manufacturing and supplying pharmaceutical products of high quality and value, in a timely manner to full satisfaction of all stake holders.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performance of Pharmaceutical Operations
• Develops and implements strategies to meet company objectives.
• Manages technical resource allocation to meet overall company objectives.
• Ensure cost conscious usage of labor, energies and materials.
• Identifies and implements continuous improvement initiatives in line with overall targets.
• Develops people talent to sustain competitiveness in the market.
• Ensures operations in accordance with company policy and is responsible for overall relationships with governmental bodies and key stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement and maintenance of quality of products.
• Responsible for all aspects of security, quality, ecology.

Education:

Graduate in life science; Chemist, Pharmacist or Engineering, MBA will be added qualification

Experience:
Min. 5 years in a leadership role in Tech. Ops. in a reputable pharmaceutical company.

Compensation:
