PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
·         LLM, Barrister-at-Law degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience with the corporate side -PREFERABLE
·         Excellent computer, oral and & written communication skills.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Handling criminal, civil, corporate, commercial and labour  cases.
·         Advising the Company in all aspects of litigation, quasi litigations, tribunals, interacting with authorities and other proceedings relating to the Company’s operations and business.
