We are looking for an Academic Co-ordinator for Senior Secondary Section (Classes VIII- X). Following is the criteria and major job description.
 
Criteria:
 

Minimum Qualification required B.Sc + B.Ed.
Should have teaching experience of atleast three years of reputed institution.
 
Major Job Description:
 

Should be competent, committed, creative and hard working, devote extra time as and when required by the institution.
 
 Organize curriculum / syllabus of her subject area. Take necessary measures for implementation in consultation with the Head.
 
Work in close collaboration with Principal and other teachers to achieve coherence in the curriculum.
 
Observe classroom teaching, advise and guide teachers in improving and using modern teaching techniques and conduct on the job trainings.
 
 Help and guide teachers in developing pupils’ activities, materials, worksheets and classroom test.
 
Assess teacher’s performance and monitor progress. Recommending the training program for the teachers as per need.
 
Carryout appropriate teaching workload assigned in timetable.
