Skills required
  • Knowledge of Administrative by laws
  • Computer literate (MSOFFICE & Emails)

Areas of Responsibility:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
  • Over All Warehouse Admin affairs
  • Staff Attendances & leaves in coordination with HR Dept
  • Checking of Janitorial operation of premises
  • Checking and supervision of building cleanness
  • Maintenance of Generator /Computers /Printers /UPS /Fax Machine/Air conditioners/ Security Installations & Utilities payments/ other machineries
  • Maintaining proper record of all  service contracts
  • Final checking of premises before closing
  • Strict compliance of all HR rules & procedures
  • Report Generation
