Administrative Assistant / Admin Executive / Manager – Karachi

A Reputable Immigration Consultancy firm is looking for a Full time, Confident, Business Minded, and Good Looking & Hardworking Male for Administrative Assistant / Admin Executive/Manager.

Minimum Education: B.Com (preferably MBA) 
Timing: 10:00 AM To 9:00 PM
Minimum Salary: Rs.15, 000 to Rs.20, 000

Minimum Experience: Fresh (Preferably 1 Year) 

Gender: Male

Age: 22 – 30 Years

Job Description: 
Handling and managing of day to day administrative related issues or activities for smooth functioning of the Organizational operations. Responsible for performing 
any task as assigned by the supervisor.

Duties:
* Co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
* Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
* Maintain office
* Answer telephone.
* Set up and maintain data manually and by computer.
* Greet clients, ascertain nature of business and guide clients accordingly.
* Sort and file documents according to filing systems.

Skills Required:
– Computer skills (Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, social networking)
– Fluent English (writing and speaking)
– Capability of solving admin related issues
– Strong decision making and problem solving skills
– Ability to work with team
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Keeping organizational records/data fully organized and well planned
– Confident and Self motivated
