Assistant / Associate Manager – Business Planning (Karachi Based)

a. Introduce new business ideas/products, work on feasibilities, after primary research on assigned business ideas and/or market conditions to determine viability of introducing a business idea / product / service 
b. Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand 
c. Manage planning and establishing of performance schedules and follows up performance against estimates 
d. Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text 
e. Communicate results, recommendations to senior management 
f. Improve upon the current business ideas / products to reach out the market efficiently 
g. Draw Competitive Profile Matrix to identify Organizations’ strong and weak points relative to competitors 
h. Assist in designing business strategies and recommend lapses and improvements 

Experience of 5+ years preferably in IT based businesses, along with a Masters Degree in Sattsitics/Market Research/Project Management; PMP Certified preferred 

Technical Knowledge/Skills 
– Strong documentation skills 
– Good at logic development and Statistical Analysis 
– Proficient in MS Office Suite 

Competencies / Skills 
– Creative 
– Strong leadership and communication skills 
– E-business knowledge is an added advantage 
– Must be an Extrovert, with good people skill, strong at self-organization
