Pakistan Cables Limited, a market leader in Electric Cables and Aluminium Extruded Sections, is looking for a qualified and motivated professional for the following position at Karachi:

Assistant Manager Industrial Relations (Legal Affairs)

Must have command over legal issues related to labor, CBA negotiations, employees management, grievance handling, disciplinary matters and labor laws.
– Actively seek to implement proactive IR initiatives that improve work environment
– Have strong understanding of EOBI, SESSI, Education Cess and WPPF.
– Ability to liaison with legal practitioners and handling of I.R related judicial and external affairs
The Successful applicant must have
– Degree in Industrial Relations/Law or its equivalent, preference be given NILAT Diploma holder
– 5-10 years hands-on responsibility and experience with understanding of Labour Laws.
– Proficiency in spoken and written English
– Competent in use of MS Office
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
