candidates from FMCG industry and preferable resident Hyderabad. The Company provides

Required Education / Experience / Skills:  
·         MBA in HR / LLB / Graduation with certification having 2 to 3 factory relevant experience.
·         Good knowledge of industrial Relation Ordinance, Rules of Law, SESSI & EOBI Act, Standing Orders, Workman Compensation Act, Factory Act
·         Planning, coordination and leading skills
·         Interpersonal, communication, management and organizing skills
