Assistant Manager, Learning and development; candidate should be MBA HR, with minimum 5 years over all experience within 2-3 years training experience.
Sound knowledge of HR functions, TNA, module preparation, training execution & training ROI, Strong communication skills and retail business knowledge will be an edge, Lahore based position.
Extensive travelling is involved.
