Job Duties:-
• Managing & reviewing Quality Assurance / Quality control programs as per QA or ISO standard.
• Developing polices, standard operating procedures for operational activities, conducting audits to guarantee compliance to SOPS.
• Keeping the SOPs, relevant documentation related to ISO up to date & with the current practice of the departments.
• Identifying areas in which standards have not been met & correct them.
• Improving the efficiency & effectiveness of services by standardizing & overseeing the overall functioning of ISO.
• Minimizing customer complaints, reminders, eliminating sub-standard operational activities, establishing Problem Resolution Unit (PRU).
• Handling all the operational activities of the ISO implementation & ISO audits (both; internal & external) while coordinating with external audit companies.
• Strong & effective follow up on non-compliance observed during internal / external audit.
• Mustknow about KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Job Location: Head Office, Karachi
