Assistant Manager – Training & Development. Candidates with Master’s degree or equivalent in HR with atleast 4-5 years of experience from a premier institute. Should have conducted training programs based on TNA. Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, questionnaires etc. Strong interpersonal skill as well as energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others.
