  Pre-requisites:

·         Minimum qualification required is Bachelors degree.

·         Age not more than 40 years.

·         Must have at least 5 to 8 years of working experience of Supervising a team in a sales environment.

·         FMCG Industry background.

·         Proficiency in Computer literacy.

Personal Traits:  

·         Must demonstrate good interpersonal and administrative skills.

·         Team player with excellent planning, organizing and analytical skills.

·         Must have perseverance.

·         Must be goal oriented.

Major Work Responsibilities:

·         Ensure achievement of sales target and sales growth of top line.

·         Control and monitor credit extended in the market and actively seek to reduce exposure.

·         Monitor and control expenses at the branch level so as to maximize profitability.

·         Ensure claims are properly and timely lodged with the principal and follow up on the same.

·         Maintain healthy relations with principals as well as peers, subordinates, and seniors.
