Business Development Executive
Job Description:
·         Be accountable for providing leadership in Business Development. 
·         Be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and channeling the same to the business development teams.
·         Work closely with Management and evolve marketing strategies.
·         Should have complete knowledge on BPO market trends, industry requirements and value gaps. (Especially in the field of Healthcare BPO (Medical Billing)
·         Should be able to develop suitable propositions for different market segments.
·         Should conceive, formulate, lead and succeed in development of clientele.
·         Work closely with execution departments and prepare RFPs, Master Service Agreements .
·         Building a BD team, prospect, propose, follow up and close business deals.
·         Facilitate the sharing of best practices from within and outside the organization and implement them Provide support during process acquisition and transition.
·         Act as a catalyst between onshore, offshore and client organization.
·         Accountable for client interface until the process reaches steady state operation. 
 
Experience:
Must have ability to influence key decision makers of prospective customers;

At least 2 years of experience in marketing & sales in Healthcare BPO. Should have been part of projects resulting in acquisition of at least 3 new clients.

Skill Set:

·         Strong Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills, Closing Skills
·         Tech Savvy & flair with Solution Selling Methodology 
·         Experience in handling international level customer service operations
·         Understanding of Marketing/CRM/loyalty program domain
·         Familiarity with using ERP/CRM systems is vital
·         Team Management & inter-personal skills
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·         Must be excellent in MS Office and possess good analytical skills
·         Prior experience in sales or client servicing in a services industry will be an added advantage 
·         Lead by example (courteous, energetic, punctual, and respectful, of others and team player)
·         Commitment, Strategic Thinking, open for suggestion, deliberate the decisions
·         Sales and solutions team for RFP and slates pitches for new business
Job location – Karachi

Working Hours and Weekly Off: Only Night shifts and Saturday & Sunday off. However should be ready to work on any day / time as the business needs may demand.
