Job Description (JD) is as follows:
Required qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecom/Computer s)
Experience:
About 3-4 years total experience of which:
– 2 years experience in Customer Service, Sales/ Marketing/Business
Development, or related business field
Description:
Taking care of the company’s business interest in his unit with
regards to sales of company products, customer support, coordination
and allied aspects.
Ensure Completion of Sales & revenue Targets:
Meeting sales targets regarding landline as well as DSL
Facilitating the increase in revenue per subscriber line by providing
faultless smooth communication to the valued customers.
Monitor the financial regulatory
Monitoring the recovery from defaulters
Fault Rectification & Complaint Handling:
Surveying, testing, fault identifications, preparation of preventive
estimates and execution of work after sanction of preventive estimates
as per BoQs
Dealing with and resolving the communication breakdowns
Public Dealing and addressing all type of public complaints of
excessive billings regarding international and local calls
Other Tasks:
Dealing & managing staff affairs
Help in Planning & designing New OSP Network
Inspection and maintenance of OSP Network
