Shift Timings:10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Status (Full Time/Part time):Full Time

Position Responsibilities:
–          Work closely with our sales team on inbound queries to understand what the client is requesting for, ranging from facebook fan pages to the development of mobile apps and games
–          As clarifying questions and gathering the pertinent information necessary to put together a PowerPoint that showcases what we can do for the client
–          Provide a high level user flow and outlines application details using easy to understand visuals
–          Check with the technical team to make sure what is suggested is doable
–          Update a daily spreadsheet with all proposals created
–          Communicate with the sales representatives for any issues or questions regarding the client requirements
–          Create rough wireframes of how the proposed application/game will look
–          Make suggestions on improvement of proposals and the entire sales cycle while taking initiative to implement these changes
–          Stay up to date on Facebook brand campaigns, and popular social and mobile technical platforms.
Skill set:
–          Excellent English language writing skills
–          Good analytical skills
–          Good internet research skills
–          Proficient in internet and MS Office tools for the relevant work

–          Interpersonal skills in order to coordinate with different teams at different levels
–          Must have can-do- attitude
–          Creative thinking and writing
–          Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
Educational Background:
–          Preferably BBA/MBA (Marketing/Finance/MIS) from a reputable university
–          Graduates with ‘Mass Communication’ as major subject
Experience Requirement:
–          Experience with social platforms / networks and/or brand marketing, etc would be a PLUS
–          Preferably 1 year of experience in blogging/article writing etc.
–          Fresh graduates with business studies background may apply
–          Experience in capturing customer requirements for software projects
–          Experience in interacting with technical team
–          Experience in documenting user requirements using various methods like use cases
–          Exposure to making PowerPoint presentations
