Common Interview Query: What is Your Perfect Company

Common Interview Query: What is Your Perfect Company?

Google. That is the ideal answer to that query. Did you know they give free massages at their corporate office? Free massages. Free. That is a low cost!

Still, you are not working for Google. Or might be you are, and then congratulations! Why are you seeking job interview tips? Since you are possibly not working for the Google, employers may inquire you to describe your perfect company.  Your answer requires being good.

How to Answer

This is an instance of why company research is significant. Without it, you may list off something that you are seeking for that is not present within the company. That would be insulting for you. Keep the concentration of your response on intangibles (corporation cares about its workers, etc.) but as always, try to avoid clichés, since a cliché is a symbol of a lame response.

Good Answer

“I would like to work for an industry that works for its future. With the economy as it is, the top industries are going to be those that are continually evolving to the recent marketplace. I would also admire to work for a company that identifies achievements and offers ample progress chances within its corporate structure…”

You can extend, but here is a cliché free response that concentrates on the company, rather than on yourself. Put your industry research into the response as best you can, but try not to make it predictable like you are referring from their website.

Take Away Interview Tips

  • Research the industry.
  • Do not utilize clichés.
  • Concentrate on the company.
