• Minimum Qualification: BE or a Diploma Holder with proven abilities 

• Experience Required: 3 years relevant experience 
• Job Responsibilities 
Prepare contract documents, bills of quantities (B.O.Q), Rate analysis etc. 
Verify contractor’s bills as per drawings 
To carry out site visits and verify measurement of work submitted by projects engineers, site supervisors 
Maintain complete record of contract documents 
Keep current market prices of civil work items on all Pakistan basis 
Develop basic rates of building items with their make 
Prepare rate analysis on country wise basis
