One of our Clients is looking for Country Manager Pakistan for the following role.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

·         Master in business administration and its equivalent degree with minimum 15 years of banking experience with multinational banks or leading domestic banks, out of which minimum 7 years of experience in corporate banking as head of the unit.

·         Additional experience in retail banking, treasury and trade finance will be distinct advantage.

·         Excellent marketing and business development skills

·         Ability to think strategically and contribute to business development.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         To manage Pakistan operations and formulate business strategy to support its growth in line with the corporate goals and targets.

·         To design and implement business development plans in line with bank’s long term strategy and to meet annual plans

·         To transform the bank’s franchise in Pakistan into  profitable operations

·         To maintain overall high operational standards

·         To source, develop and motivate staff to maintain high degree of staff productivity, retention and to develop a professional team of international bank‘s quality.

·         To strengthen the existing relationship with the corporates, and to bring to our books new business relationship of multinational companies and rated domestic companies.

·         To introduce innovative banking suitable to the present market conditions and profitable to the bank.

·         To introduce new products to improve the business size of Pakistan operations

·         To expand business in Pakistan through the existing branches as well as opening new branches in the locations having potential for banking business.

·         To maintain profitable and efficient operations of all the branches in Pakistan

·         To maintain strong and close liaison with head office and to present to the board and the management update on the business development
