The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to work under pressure and tactful client/customer issue resolution. Male and female candidates having a Bachelors Degree with minimum 1 year of Call Center or Client Relationship handling work experience in the Office Automation industry; preferably with Sharp, Canon, Ricoh, Koni, ITL group or with their distributors should apply.
