Customer Service Representatives required for MNC, a leading manufacturer of polymer, chemicals, plastics and fertilizers, in Karachi. Incumbent will be responsible to handle with accuracy the order management and fulfillment to achieve customer satisfaction and to reduce costs by first-time-right orders. Support the sales and account Managers in planning and reporting, monitor payments and shipments, processing customers complaints, maintaining relationships with customers and shipping lines.
