Educational Qualifications & Experience             
·         Masters Degree in HR from a HEC Recognized university or a Foreign University
·         3-4 years of experience in HR of a Process Industry
·         Extensive Travelling Required
Skills Required
·         Must be excellent at Numbers.
·         Computational Skills
·         Strong leadership and consensus building skills;
·         HR management and strategic planning experience;
·         Must be a self-starter, highly organized and handle work pressure.
·         Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
·         Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
Age bracket:
Max 30 years
Job Responsibilities
·         Analysis of HR related Policies and Procedures and Control within the group
·         Ensuring organizational conformation with applicable HR related regulations and statutes as well as organizational procedures and policies, documenting all legal and policies documents that issued from company departments and legal authorities.
·         Conducting Internal Research related to HR  scope of work and analyzing figures and presenting to the board
·         Conducting performance reviews with personnel managers and monitoring employee attitudes, productivity, and performance outcomes.
·         Managing the human resource management and payroll system and providing staff and directors with the essential reporting in order to help them in managing their employee resources , Creating compensation plans and providing administration for employee welfares.
·         Participating as a senior management team member in periodic Director Meetings in order to develop and discuss organizational procedures and policies.
