Skills Required: Windows OS, Server 2008 Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Windows XP/7 and MS-Office applications especially outlook. Good concepts of DNS Servers, Proxy servers and Basic Networking Good verbal and written communication skills.

Key responsibilities: Installing, supporting & maintaining windows, software and hardware. Analysing and resolving branch-end user issues.

Eligibility: Fresh BCS/BSIT Hands on experience in Hardware/Software Troubleshooting

Salary Range: 16K – 20K (Depending upon experience)
