Position:        Desktop Support Officer 


Role Profile: Provide support to desktop users in head office and regional offices, managed through AD

Responsibilities of the profile should include:
·         To be able to install / trouble shoot Windows Operating System
·         To be able to recover data of a crashed windows system
·         Must have knowledge of Linux
·         Must have sound knowledge of user privilege
·         Must have knowledge of installation / troubleshooting of Linux Operating System
·         Should have an idea of backup / restore / recovery
·         Should have know-how of firewalls / manageable switches
·         Must have knowledge about vendor management
·         Should have sound knowledge of LAN operations (TCP / IP protocol, sharing)
·         Must have a knowledge of repairing / replacing hardware devices
Educational & Professional Qualification:            Graduation – Masters (Preferred)
Experience required:                                                01-02 years IT support services
Locations:                                                                   Head Office (Karachi)
Salary Range:                                                          Depending on qualification and Experience
Status:                                                                        Contractual
