Title: Capability Development Specialist – Commercial (Sales) 
Qualification: BBA/MBA/Degree in Social Sciences/People Mgmt
Experience: 8-10 year with at least 4 years experience in FMCG/Beverage industry.
Candidates shall be responsible for all the training needs, assessments, content development, managing the sales capability development centre and liaison with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. 
Candidates should possess good interpersonal & facilitation skills! Excellent salary & benefits!
