We are looking for candidates for the Director Sales and Marketing position at a Pharmaceutical Company.

Position Title: Director Sales and Marketing

Position report to: CEO

Sector: Pharmaceutical

Company type: Large Pharmaceutical Company

Location: Lahore

Salary: 500K to 600K — may vary

Benefits: PF, gratuity, medical cover of self, spouse and dependent children, 

company maintained 1800 cc car, club membership, etc.


Essential Requirements:
— About 15 years (or more) work experience
— Currently Head of Sales and Marketing or Head of Commercial or Head of Sales or Head of Marketing — OR one-step below
— Experience in a large and prestigious Pharmaceutical (preferred) 
or FMCG 
or Telecom company 

Job Purpose:

— Achievement of business objectives on account of marketing planning, sales, profitability, new product success, health of brands and brand portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:

— Effective marketing planning

— Achievement of sales targets and maintenance of Company ranking in IMS

— Customer relationships and frequent contact with key opinion leaders

— Customer relationships and frequent contact with key opinion leaders

— Development and expansion of new customer base

— Successful launch of new products and gaining market share

— Successful management of employer branding, within the team and in market

— Use of modern IT tools for effective promotion and detailing

— Manage the distribution network, for availability of products in the market place, as per sales plans

— Ensure adequate products availability at the retail outlets

— Manage export business as per Company plans and develop new markets for expansion of business
