Marketing Department: The incumbent would be responsible to:

• Manage Digital Media

• Manage Corporate Websites

• Production Management

• Content Management

• Digital Content Development

• Email Marketing

• Marketing Operations

The ideal candidate should be a graduate from any Foreign or HEC recognized University and must fulfill the following technical skills requirements with having at least 02 years of work experience in related field:

– Able to maintain high quality websites using HTML 5, HTML and CSS.

– Thorough understanding of user interface design principles, human factors, user-centered design processes, interaction design guidelines, and usability methodologies.

– Understanding of Word press and other graphics & website building tools, including Photoshop, Dreamviewer, & Flash.

– Strong working knowledge of and experience with various social media technologies, platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, etc) and practices to deliver an exceptional online consumer experience desired

– Must have strong consumer understanding skills, ability to translate customer insights into successful marketing programs and a high degree of creativity to find new, compelling ways to reach and communicate to consumers

– Maintains excellent writing and language skills, and displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.

– Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research.

– Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques.

Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
